When a new User signup for any plans. He is given 10 days trial to try the service/tools on SellerJack. If he is not happy he can cancel his account by requesting to email@example.com
If the user has already paid for the plan and want to cancel the plan in between while his current plan is active then no refunds will be given as the user has already used our service in the trial period.
If the user is still unhappy with the software then he can request for a refund to firstname.lastname@example.org Refund will be given on case basis.
Users do not need to request cancellation separately. As once the plan expires, you will not be able to use our services. But if user want to delete all the data related to your account from our servers, then you can contact email@example.com

After the refund is issued It will take 3-5 days to reflect in your Bank Account.
